Down load Merit Badge Counselor Application and fill it out
Fill out an Adult Registration Form* (get a copy from the scoutmaster)
Mail the completed forms to

*Do not fill in anything that has to do with a Boy Scout unit (troop). You do not need the approval of your unit people. Merit Badge Counselors are members of the district separate from anything you do as a Scout Leader in a troop. Sign the bottom of the form. Fill in the background information .
